What luck to be in the studio, looking outside when I saw this - an invasion of birds!

I wish my camera could capture how many there really was,

this is such a small section of the sky, but there were thousands!

Here they are in the yard.

And a closer view of them by the tree.

They would perch on the roof here & drink up the snow.  The albino Bohemian was sitting on this roof when I noticed him, but he flew away before I could take a picture.

I've never liked all the wires outside that come with an older neighborhood.  Quite frankly, they're ugly, but the birds & squirrels have always taken full advantage of them & there is rarely a moment when I don't see some sort of animal perched up or running along one of them.  This day was no exception, the Bohemians lined up along all the wires.
