Spellbound

I'm very excited about these 24 handmade glass beads in shades of amethyst, smoky grey, silver & taupe.  This set was inspired from all the recent buzz about Harry Potter.  I thought it would be fitting to make a rich, dark, spellbinding set with a great amount of intricacy & captivating features.  As a whole, this set would make a stunning necklace, but you could make several enchanting jewelry pieces (including earrings).  Swarovski crystals & silver included.  Average size of round beads are 14 x 11 mm while the coins are 16 x 9 mm.  The entire strand measures 40 cm (16 inches) long. 

Fun Fact:  What makes all these beads sparkle  & shimmer?  I used several techniques that involved applying pure silver & dichroic glass to cast a magical look!
